Incredible cafe with stunning views and top-notch, well-dressed staff. Breakfast offers great value with tea and toast included. The museum is a must-see at a bargain price. Impeccably clean toilets and ample parking, just steps away from the beach.

Charming cafe with a pleasant art gallery gift shop. However, the toilets have a strong odor. The prime location makes it worth addressing this minor issue.

Attractive building by the promenade offering stunning views of Newbiggin Bay. The bustling beach, popular cafe, and comfortable seating with ample sunlight through large windows make it a lively spot. Free car park with disabled bays available, unsure about electric charging points.

The view is stunning, but maybe we'll spot dolphins next time! 😂 The statue of the couple is charming. Clean premises with welcoming staff. Despite arriving right at opening, quick and efficient service. Full English breakfast priced under £11 and incredibly delicious. Beautiful artwork for display and purchase.

Being unsure of what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our visit to the museum. Due to my disability, my partner paid £2.50 for admission. Despite its small appearance from the outside, the museum is surprisingly extensive. It covers the history of fishing, the RNLI, and other sea-related facts in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. Kids can engage in dress-up, coloring, and other activities. Highly recommended. The cafe, which we didn't visit, is paired with a lovely gift shop, clean toilets, and an ongoing art & craft fair. Ample car park space nearby, with disabled-friendly paths to the museum. Note that access to St Bartholomew's church is via stairs only.

Fascinating insight into the history of Newbiggin, the restored old lifeboat, and a fun dressing up area for children. The onsite cafe offered reasonable prices. The only downside during our visit was the displayed opening times were outdated, resulting in a surprise closure of lights and the gift shop before we departed.

This center is truly pleasant, featuring a museum and a shop. The cafeteria offers fantastic views of the bay and the staff are exceptionally friendly and polite. The cafe has a wonderful atmosphere, with appetizing food. As of 21st October 2024, the cafe at the center remains excellent, with fantastic staff and quality food.
